High material formability
Warm forming allows processing of alloys that are difficult to form cold, such as stainless steel and titanium, enabling greater deformation and more complex geometries compared to traditional cold forming. Ideal for automotive components with thin sections and complex shapes.
Excellent mechanical properties
The process reduces work hardening and residual stresses, improves dimensional accuracy and surface finish, ensuring components with superior mechanical characteristics. Result: higher quality compared to cold forming of difficult-to-form materials.
Efficient medium-large scale production
Compared to hot forming, it requires lower forces and power, almost eliminates intermediate annealing, and reduces operational costs. This makes the process ideal for medium-to-large scale production, especially in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Warm forming is a deformation process carried out at intermediate temperatures between cold and hot forming. Operating at around 500°C for stainless steels, this technique combines the advantages of both approaches, producing components with complex geometries, excellent mechanical properties, and high surface quality. Warm-formed nipple
We operate warm forming presses equipped with highly advanced technology. As in cold forming, the process starts from metal wire, which is progressively deformed to obtain a preformed component with a defined geometry.
