We do not machine from bar stock, but from semi-finished products, integrating machining with cold forming. The synergy between the two technologies combines the cost-effectiveness of cold forming with the flexibility and precision of machining. We have CNC, transfer, and multi-spindle machines, as well as induction hardening processes, which allow us to be flexible with respect to different production volumes. The department is also equipped with dedicated lines for the production of specific components upon customer request, as well as high-flexibility lines, integrated with 100% inspection systems and automatic process correction. These solutions ensure high standards of precision, repeatability, and consistent quality over time.
