GIDI Meccanica operates dedicated production lines for the manufacturing of high-precision metal components through cold forming and machining processes.
With an annual production of 250 million parts – including 60 million produced through cold forming and secondary machining – the company has established itself as a reliable industrial partner for high-volume automotive and industrial supply. The production is structured to meet different needs: from high-volume manufacturing to small batches available on request. In both cases, GIDI Meccanica ensures full management of PPAP documentation and full compliance with the IATF 16949:2016 certification.

From idea to product

RE-INDUSTRIALIZATION

Our added value lies in our ability to re-industrialize the components requested by the customer, adapting them to our production process to make them more competitive in terms of cost and quality, without compromising the required functional characteristics.

ENGINEERING

We support the customer with in-depth technical analysis and a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) approach to precisely define the production phases, optimizing the process from both a technical and manufacturing perspective.

TOOLING AND EQUIPMENT DESIGN

We design molds and equipment in-house based on the product’s technical specifications and expected volumes, supporting the design phase with F.E.M. analysis to simulate and optimize the deformation sequence.

TOOLING AND EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING

We manufacture all production tools in-house, ensuring full control over quality, lead times, and consistency between design and production.

PRODUCTION

We manufacture components through high-volume cold forming and CNC machining, with in-line dimensional control to ensure the conformity of each produced part.

FINISHING

We complete the production cycle with heat and surface treatments, as well as assembly operations, delivering a finished product ready for use.
